Restructuring of the hotel complex "Hotel Oceanis" in Kos (Greece)

In 2010 the firm has been commissioned to carry out the project of restructuring the Oceanis Hotel in Kos in Greece. This work is detailed design, construction management which was very rigid in terms of timing because of the needs of the client given by the tourist season, but at the same time it was a work of complete renovation of the hotel, enriched numerous pools custom, new suites equipped with every comfort, a new lobby, completely modernized, the 'expansion of the restaurant by the sea, all of these interventions have been made respecting the colors and materials, the style of the place but at the same time an attempt was made to give a touch of modernity and exstravagance thanks to the originality of items of furniture, specially created or searched in a meticulous way.
